Ivan is a seasoned social service professional with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families facing homelessness. Driven by the belief that adequate housing is a fundamental human right, he is committed to spending his life removing barriers to affordable housing and helping communities thrive. A natural problem-solver, Ivan aims to make a meaningful dent in the affordable housing crisis—one solution, one household, and one restored sense of stability at a time.                                                                                                                       
When I’m not working, you can find me in an on-again, off-again relationship with the gym or debating very seriously whether my next Pokémon card purchase counts as an investment strategy. I currently live with 4 dogs who run the house while I pretend to be in charge. Lastly, Kobe Bryant is the GOAT.
