Logan O’Phelan

Director of Operations

Logan O’Phelan is the Director of Operations for Holos Communities, where he oversees the internal systems, strategy, and risk management that support its ongoing organizational health. Since joining Holos Communities in 2016, Logan has led major operational milestones including doubling staff and net assets, acquiring Holos’ first permanent office, and transitioning that office to full energy independence through solar and battery storage. He directs organizational planning, board engagement, insurance and technology systems, and sustainability initiatives that align day-to-day operations with Holos’ broader mission. When not working Logan can be found in the garden with his dog or scheming how to win that week’s fantasy baseball matchup.
