Located in Westlake, just west of downtown Los Angeles, Burlington Family Apartments transformed a vacant lot into a four-story, 30-unit apartment community with general affordable and permanent supportive housing. Named after the street where the site is located, Burlington features gated secured parking, a secured pedestrian entry, a resident lounge equipped with computer stations, an edible garden, and a community kitchen. Burlington was built and designed to meet Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold building standards.
