These spaces are intended for community benefit organizations or small businesses serving low-income populations, in alignment with affordable housing financing requirements and subject to investor approval.

Each space faces the Annenberg Paseo, a vibrant walkway anchored by a lush "living lung" landscape—a thoughtfully curated collection of trees designed to help purify the surrounding air.

Isla is conveniently served by multiple Metro light rail and bus lines, including the Green Line, as well as Bus Routes 45 (Broadway/Imperial) and 81 (Figueroa/Imperial).
