These commercial spaces are available for lease through Holos Communities’ Small Business Resiliency Program, which offers discounted rental rates and access to a tenant improvement loan for qualifying businesses. The property owner welcomes all types of tenants, with a strong preference for women-owned, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC)-owned, and other community-serving businesses.

FRONT SPACE
This space can be leased as a single unit or divided into two separate commercial spaces:

  • Larger space: ~1,890 sq. ft.

  • Smaller space: ~1,330 sq. ft.

If divided, each unit will include its own restroom and storage area. Large front-facing windows and doors fill the space with natural light, enhancing visibility and curb appeal. A tenant improvement loan from a local Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) is available to support any necessary physical modifications for business operations.

BACK SPACE

This unit also includes a restroom (but no dedicated storage space) and was envisioned as a gathering spot for local bicyclists and community members, aligning with the City’s broader efforts to activate Palmer Court. A tenant improvement loan from a local CDFI is also available for this space, if needed.
