Holos Communities Hosts Denali Open House

Last week the Holos team joined Long Beach City Councilwoman Mary Zendejas, the Long Beach Development Services team and Covenant Presbyterian Church for a town hall to talk about Denali, Holos Communities' first high-rise project. The Holos team spoke with members from the Long Beach community to talk about the parameters of the project, and took questions on Denali’s goals and features.

Overall, Long Beach residents shared support for the project, with our team answering their questions and listening to concerns. The Holos team was excited to see the level of support and engagement from the community on this project, as well as for creating more affordable housing in Long Beach.

When completed, Denali will be Holos Communities’ 5th site in Long Beach, bringing 103 units of housing to the city.

Special thanks to the office of Councilwoman Zendejas and the Long Beach Development Services team for co-hosting the town hall, and to Covenant Presbyterian Church for hosting the conversation!

Event Coverage:

Long Beach Post: Proposed 14-story project would dedicate 75% of units to unhoused people
