Holos Communities Hosts Partners, Peers and Friends for Our Backyard BBQ

Holos Communities was excited to share our office space and Living Lab on Thursday, October 19th with friends, colleagues and family for our Backyard BBQ! We enjoyed sharing what we’re doing at Holos and our properties, as well as cooking and sharing great food with everyone.

Our team was excited to share the newest developments we’ve been working on for our properties that propel innovative, comprehensive solutions to longstanding problems. Here are some of the innovations Holos Communities had on display at the BBQ:

  • Atmospheric Water Generator: “created” water from thin air to provide attendees with something to drink

  • Solar Power Array: powered the entire BBQ, from an electric grill to the lights to the music

  • Community Resiliency Kit: on display near the entrance, currently supports tenants at NoHo Senior Villas in case of emergency

  • Bifacial Solar Panels: installed on a wall at our properties as a prototype to convert more light into energy

  • Electric Appliances: responsible for some of the cooked food and for the cleaning of the BBQ site

A big thank you to all of our sponsors: GB Construction, First Citizens Bank, City National Bank, Alpha Construction, Dreyfuss Construction, Enterprise Community Partners, Gubb & Barshay, Wells Fargo, KFA Architecture, Genesis LA, US Bank, Levine Management Group, CSH, LOHA, San Fernando Community Health Center, Low Income Investment Fund
