Safe Harbor I is a partnership between Holos Communities and Flyaway Homes, delivering 50 units of new prefabricated modular housing—49 two-bedroom residences and one manager’s unit. The development is composed of six five-story, structurally independent towers connected by exterior catwalks, forming a unified community. This project is one of two collaborations with Flyaway, alongside Safe Harbor II.
The location offers residents excellent access to daily needs and amenities. Food 4 Less is just an eight-minute walk away, while Wilmington’s commercial core along Avalon and Anaheim Street is less than half a mile from the site. Wilmington Urgent Care and Family Clinic are also nearby. For recreation, Wilmington Waterfront Park and Wilmington Recreation Center are within a 10-minute walk. Transit options include the 232 bus line on Anaheim Street, providing convenient connections to Downtown Long Beach and through the South Bay along the Pacific Coast Highway.
