Kenny Tamura

Kenny Tamura is a member of Buchalter’s Real Estate Practice Group in Los Angeles. Mr. Tamura focuses his practice on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, secured real estate finance, and tax credit finance. As a member of the real estate finance and tax credit practice groups, Mr. Tamura has represented institutional lenders, tax credit inestors, community development entities, and borrows, in traditional real estate-secured financning, New Market Tax Credit trasactions, Historic/Rehabilitation Tax Credit transactions and LIHTC transactions. He has also represented real estate owners and operatiors in drating and negotiationg purchase and sale agreements, leases, and joint enture agreements.

Mr. Tamura was recognized as “one to Watch” by Best Lawyers in 2022-2026 for his work in Banking and Finance Law, Project Finance Law and Real Estate Law. Addtionally, in 2024, Super Lawyers Magazine recognized Mr. Tamura as a “Rising Star.”
