Tania Ramirez is a proud Angeleno and the daughter of Mexican immigrants, rooted deeply in her community and motivated by the belief that everyone deserves a safe and stable place to call home. She holds a B.A. in Business Management Economics and brings several years of administrative, customer-facing, and operations experience across small businesses and startups. Known for her organization, attention to detail, and people-first approach, she enjoys supporting teams and creating structure that helps others thrive.

Outside of work, Tania is a homebody at heart who loves cooking, trying new food spots around LA, going out for matcha, and spending time in nature. She’s passionate about family, animals, and all things earthy.
