Named after the tallest mountain in North America, Denali will be Holos Communities’ first high-rise project. Denali will consist of 97 units: 6 studio apartments, 39 1-bedroom one-bedroom apartments, 27 2-bedrooms, and 25 3-bedroom apartments, at the site of the former Long Beach Housing Authority. When completed, Denali is projected to house an integrated population, with 50% of units of permanent supportive housing for chronically unhoused individuals and 50% of general affordable housing. Denali will be one building with two distinct sides, connected by a series of walkways. Like all permanent supportive properties, Denali will offer comprehensive support services to ensure tenants are able to remain housed. Denali will also boast a broad sustainability strategy including extensive solar panels, all electric appliances and has set a goal of net-zero operations.

Denali is situated near several public transit options ensuring that residents have access to reliable transportation for school, work and more. Future residents will be a less than 10-minute walk to several restaurants, grocery stores, schools, and parks. This proximity to transit will help create the groundwork for walkable communities and reduce our collective reliance on cars.

Please note that images and pictures are initial concepts and will be developed further as the project progresses.
