Located in Historic Filipinotown, Loma Verde will be home to 18 households upon its estimated completion in late 2025. Formerly the site of a vacant single-family house, the lot will transform into a four story building increasing density in the neighborhood. All units are set as permanent supportive housing with half for chronically homeless and half for general homeless households. Residents at Loma Verde will enjoy a furnished rooftop deck, long term bicycle parking and gated entries for security. Each unit comes fully furnished with high efficiency fixtures and appliances. A live-in property manager and dedicated social services office space offer support and opportunities to connect with the greater Los Angeles community.

Loma Verde will utilize natural light and ventilation for passive heating and cooling, reducing energy consumption onsite. Landscaping with native plants and trees complements the building architecture while reducing water usage and creating privacy for the residents.
