Loma Verde Supportive Housing topped out

As published in LA Urbanize today, One year after breaking ground, framing is complete for a new supportive housing complex just north of Temple Street in Historic Filipinotown.

The project, called Loma Verde, is a joint venture between Holos and Restore Neighborhoods L.A. (RNLA) at 405 N. Westlake Ave. The new four-story building is to feature 18 apartments without on-site parking when complete.
