Loma Verde, in Historic Filipinotown, will provide 18 permanent supportive housing units when completed in late 2025. Half of the units will serve chronically homeless households and half general homeless households, transforming a vacant lot into a four-story community.

Amenities include a furnished rooftop deck, secure entries, long-term bike parking, and fully furnished units with high-efficiency appliances. A live-in manager and on-site social services office will offer ongoing support.

The building is designed for sustainability, using natural light and ventilation to reduce energy use, and native landscaping to conserve water and enhance privacy.

Located steps from Target, CVS, and Los Angeles Downtown Medical Center, residents will also have easy access to Echo Park, Lake Street Park, and the Echo Park Library. The nearby 2 and 10/48 bus lines connect to Downtown, Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Expo Park.
