Holos Launches an RFP

Now Open: Vermont- Beverly integrated Vision RFP

Inviting individuals and teams to help shape a coordinated, district-scale commercial and public-realm framework along Los Angeles’ Vermont Avenue corridor.

This is an idea-generation exercise focused on what happens at and below street level across four adjacent Holos-owned and partner sites — all steps from (or directly on!) the Vermont/Beverly Metro station.

We’re asking:

👉 What kinds of neighborhood-serving uses should anchor this corridor?

👉 How can shared systems like parking, alleys, and open spaces connect across sites?

👉 How might sustainability measures—shade, permeable surfaces, greywater-fed landscaping—make the public realm more livable and climate-ready?

The winning concept will receive a $10,000 award and recognition through future Holos publications as the corridor advances toward implementation.

🗓️ Submission deadline: December 31, 2025
