Loma Verde is one of two partnerships that Holos Communities is developing with Restore Neighborhoods Los Angeles, and the first to welcome residents home. “Loma Verde demonstrates how thoughtful infill development can create substantially more housing opportunities in the neighborhoods Angelenos already love,” said Logan O’Phelan, Holos’ Acting Executive Director. “on a lot that once housed a single family, Loma Verde now provides permanent supportive housing for 18 individuals exiting homelessness. By designing efficiently and building in a transit-rich neighborhood, we can dedicate more of our resources to housing people rather than parking cars.”
