Avenida is the reconstructed Avenue Hotel, located at the intersection of Koreatown and Rampart Village. The development offers 75 studio units along with laundry facilities, a community room, and dedicated offices for supportive services and property management. Interior upgrades include a new security system, ADA enhancements, and fire safety improvements.

Funded by Project Homekey and the County of Los Angeles, construction began in September 2022. Avenida is well-served by public transportation, with the Vermont/Beverly Red Line Station just a one-minute walk away and the 14/754 bus line operating nearby.
