Laurel Grove, Holos Communities’ second Homekey development, will transform a former Motel 6 into 97 units of permanent supportive housing. Designed for sustainability and long-term livability, the project features a “living lung” to buffer air and noise from the 605 Freeway, a pocket park for residents and neighbors, and a greywater system to irrigate the site’s landscaping.
Located across from Pioneer High School and near several other schools, Laurel Grove is also within a 15-minute walk of grocery stores, medical offices, restaurants, and a gym, providing residents with easy access to daily needs.
