Located in Westlake, just west of downtown Los Angeles, Burlington Family Apartments transformed a vacant lot into a four-story community with 30 units of general affordable and permanent supportive housing. Named after the street it resides on, Burlington offers gated secured parking, a pedestrian-controlled entry, a resident lounge with computer stations, an edible garden, and a community kitchen.
Designed and built to achieve LEED Gold certification, the development reflects a commitment to sustainability and quality of life.
