Outdoor features include drought-resistant landscaping, a community garden, a small orchard, a bioswale*, and a park with ADA-compliant walking paths. High-efficiency air filtration systems and acoustically enhanced walls further protect residents from noise and air pollution due to the site’s proximity to the freeway.
