A partnership between Holos Communities and Flyaway Homes, Safe Harbor I will have 50 units, including 49 two-bedroom units and one two-bedroom manager's unit, all built with new prefabricated modular construction. Consisting of 6 five-story, structurally independent towers, the property will feature two-bedroom prefabricated modular units that will be tied together into a single building through exterior catwalks. Safe Harbor I is one of Holos Communities’ two partnerships with Flyaway, the other being Safe Harbor II.

Nearby grocery stores include Food 4 Less an 8-minute walk from the site. The City of Wilmington’s commercial core (along Avalon near where it intersects with Anaheim Street) is less than a half mile away from Safe Harbor I. Wilmington Urgent Care and Family Clinic is also less than a half mile away. Recreational areas include Wilmington Waterfront Park and Wilmington Recreation Center, both a 10-minute walk from the site. Anaheim is served by the 232 bus, which runs on Anaheim Street and provides a convenient ride to Downtown Long Beach and through the South Bay along the PCH.
