Total units

A partnership between Holos Communities and Flyaway Homes, Safe Harbor II will have 40 units across a four-story building, including 39 two-bedroom units and one two-bedroom manager's unit, built using new prefabricated wood modular construction. Safe Harbor II will have three courtyards and a community room available for tenants, along with three supportive service offices and a property management office. Safe Harbor II is one of Holos Communities’ two partnerships with Flyaway, the other being Safe Harbor I.

Safe Harbor II will use landscaping to address multiple goals, such as water conservation, food production, and drought resistance. Drought-tolerant native species will be incorporated throughout the site to create a calming and colorful environment that responds to long-term water needs. Additionally, Safe Harbor II will use trees to cool and soften the urban environment.

Please note that images and pictures are initial concepts and will be developed further as the project progresses.
