A partnership between Holos Communities and Wellnest Emotional Health and Wellness (Wellnest), The Nest on Jefferson (TNOJ) will transform a vacant lot into a new building. TNOJ will feature a ground-floor Community Wellness Center for tenants and community members on the ground floor with four stories of housing for transition-aged youth (ages 16-25) above. With an eye towards sustainability, TNOJ is part of the Building Initiative for Low-Emissions Development Program (BUILD) technical assistance program to develop and implement a sustainable operations and capital improvements plan. The site plans to be all-electric, and will irrigate its pocket park from greywater produced on-site by tenants.

Please note that images and pictures are initial concepts and will be developed further as the project progresses.
