Named after the street it sits on, Holt Family Apartments provides 50 homes, with half designated as permanent supportive housing. The community includes ample courtyards, a public playground and basketball court, community gardens, and indoor amenities such as a community room with a kitchen and lounge, a computer lab, and staff offices.
Constructed primarily of wood, Holt minimizes concrete use to walkways and driveways. Thanks to these and other sustainable upgrades, the development earned a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification. Holt is also home to the City of Pomona’s first multifamily greywater recycling* system and features 50 rooftop solar panels funded by the Solar on Multifamily Affordable Housing Program.
The community is well-situated near local schools—including Village Academy High School, LeHigh Elementary, Montvue Elementary, and Montclair High School—and is close to supermarkets such as El Super and Hoa Binh Pomona Super Market.
