Lantern Woods Apartments is an affordable housing community that rehabilitated two properties originally built in the 1950s, transforming them into modern, comfortable living spaces. The development now provides 28 affordable apartments for individuals and families.

Beacon Property Management oversees day-to-day operations with a full-time, on-site property manager. Holos Communities partners with local nonprofit organizations, faith communities, and public agencies to coordinate on-site activities and connect residents with supportive services in the area.
