Holos Teaches Preparedness at NoHo Senior Villas

The Holos Asset Management team presented to tenants at NoHo Senior Villas on preparedness in case of a disaster, using the Resiliency Kit model designed back in 2022 by our team. The team taught tenants how to use devices such as air filters, atmospheric water generators and backup batteries, and what to do in case of a natural disaster.

Tenants had the opportunity to connect with the Asset Management team, see the resiliency devices firsthand and ask questions about the equipment onsite at NoHo. This is the next iteration of the Resiliency Kit shown at our fundraiser last year, and is tailored for the residents at NoHo to ensure that tenants can access clean air, electricity and refrigeration for medicines should a disaster like an earthquake or blackout occur.
