Holos Communities, in partnership with Restore Neighborhoods LA (RNLA) was thrilled to welcome 18 residents home during the grand opening of Loma Verde, a 19-unit apartment community on July 22^nd. Holos’ Acting Executive Director Logan O’Phelan was joined by RNLA CEO John Perfitt, City Council District 13 Councilmember Hugo Soto-Martínez, LAHD Assistant General Manager Craig Arceneux, President and CEO of Genesis LA Tom De Simone, BMO Bank Relationship Manager Vice President Erica Frazier, HACLA Chief Programs Officer Margarita Lares, and CSH Senior Community Investment Officer, Ryan Mosley.

Holos Communities Executive Director & CEO Cristian Ahumada was joined by Mayor Karen Bass, Councilmember Marqueece Harris-Dawson and Chairman, CEO and President of the Annenberg Foundation Wallis Annenberg, for the grand opening of Isla Intersections, Holos Communities’ flagship site on Saturday, June 15, 2024.

Holos Communities was joined by public officials and community members to celebrate the Grand Opening of Avenida, our first Project Homekey site, on July 20th.
