Sunnyside, located in the heart of South Los Angeles, will provide 26 permanent supportive housing units—half for chronically unhoused individuals and half as general affordable housing. Each unit will be fully furnished with high-efficiency fixtures and appliances. A live-in manager and on-site social services office will provide residents with support and community connections.

The four-story building features secure gated entry, abundant natural light for energy savings, and native landscaping to create shaded, private outdoor areas. Amenities include a rooftop deck, community room, and long-term bike parking.

Residents will be within walking distance of Harvard Park (6 minutes), John Muir Branch Library (14 minutes), Superior Grocers (20 minutes), Walgreens (20 minutes), and Yehowa Medical Services (23 minutes). Transit options include the 206 bus line, connecting to City College, Koreatown, East Hollywood, and Expo Park, as well as the 110 line with service to Bell Gardens, Inglewood, and Playa Vista.
