NoHo Senior Villas is a fully ADA-accessible senior permanent supportive housing community in North Hollywood, offering 48 one-bedroom apartments and one manager’s unit. Four apartments are specifically designed for residents with mobility, vision, or hearing impairments. Eighteen units are reserved for permanent supportive housing and supported by a California Mental Health Services Act operating subsidy. PATH Ventures provides on- and off-site supportive services, while San Fernando Community Mental Health Center delivers dedicated mental health care.
The five-story building was designed and constructed to achieve LEED Platinum certification. Its rooftop features a landscaped deck with patio furniture, a community edible garden, and a laundry room overlooking the outdoor space. On the ground floor, residents enjoy a shaded courtyard with a fountain, as well as indoor amenities including a conference room and a community room equipped with a public kitchen, two computer stations, and a TV lounge.
Conveniently located, the property is within walking distance of the North Hollywood Metro Center, which connects to the Metro Red Line subway and Orange Line busway, as well as a variety of restaurants, shops, and other services. North Hollywood Park and Recreation Center—just a 10-minute walk away—offer walking trails and recreational activities. Nearby grocery options include Ralphs and Amazon Fresh. Since its completion in 2012, the surrounding neighborhood has experienced significant growth.
